  • There is no weight limit for our poles.

  • Pole dance is about 60% lower body and 40% upper body. You do no need to be “strong” to start pole, you will gain strength along the way.

  • The more skin you have available to the pole the better. Short shorts and a tank top/ sports bra are fine.

  • We have a page on our website completely dedicated to what to do after beginner courses under the “beginner” tab. The page is labeled “After Beginner Course”.

  • Beginner 3-week Membership Course or a Beginner Drop-in

  • Flexibility will come along with taking clases, it is not required to start.
